Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard) > Marketing > Gift Certificate.
The Gift Certificate Manager page will list all the available gift certificate with the details.
The Filter at the Gift Certificate Manager will allow you to locate your store credit in the system. You can filter by the combination of Customer ID, Store Credit Name, Order ID, Dates and Status.
Please check Include Fully-Used And Expired Certificate to see the expired or used certificate.
Report
Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard) > Marketing > Gift Certificate.
From Gift Certificate Manager, click on Export To CSV File
