This document provide guide on how to manage and update your order fulfil by customer self collection.
There are three ways you can manage the self collection package collection, via Shopcada POS, the system dashboard and web interface.

Create package for self collection order
- Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard), > Orders > Fulfil Orders
- Make use of the Filter Orders to locate the order
- Select the products you want to ship, choose Carrier = Self Pickup from the the dropdown menu.
- Select the Collection Venue
- Click Create Package Only. There will be NO email send to customer to notify the shipment, until next step.
- To view package, click on vertical ellipsis shortcut key and select Manage Packing List.
- To print packing list, click on vertical ellipsis shortcut key and select Print Packing List.
- To download packing list, click on vertical ellipsis shortcut key and select Download Packing List.
Manage package collection via system dashboard
- Once the package is ready for collection, the staff can confirm update the package status to notify customer for pick up.
- Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard), > Orders > Fulfil Orders
- Click on vertical ellipsis shortcut key and select Manage Packing List and locate the package.
- Click Notify Ready For Collection to trigger notification email to customer. The package status will be updated to Ready For Collection.
- To update the collection, click on vertical ellipsis shortcut key and select Manage Packing List and locate the package
- Click Collected to confirm collection by customer and trigger the collected notification email to customer. The package status will be updated to Collected.
- No further action allow for this package.
Manage package collection via web interface
- Once the package is ready for collection, the staff can confirm update the package status to notify customer for pick up.
- Go to the user interface via the dedicated link Eg: http://www.yourdomain.com/self-collection
- Enter the ORDER ID and search.
- Click Notify Ready For Collection to trigger notification email to customer. The package status will be updated to Ready For Collection.
- To update the collection, the staff can again the order number and locate the package.
- Click Collected to confirm collection by customer and trigger the collected notification email to customer. The package status will be updated to Collected.
- No further action allow for this package.
Setting: Setup shipment notification
- Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard) > Setting > Order > Carriers Settings.
- Under Carriers Settings, Select Self Pickup, and click on the Configure key.
- Under Self Pickup Settings. Name your Warehouse so that the shipping notification includes a clear pick-up address. Retail outlet(s) setup at your ShopcadaPOS, will auto reflect.
READY FOR COLLECTION NOTIFICATION EMAIL
- Go to Manage Your Store (Dashboard) > Setting > Email > Email List
- Under Order Fulfilment, enable the email notification:
- Shipment Notification - Ready For Collection: This is the notification send to customer when package is ready for pick up.
- Shipment Notification - Collected: This is the notification send to customer when the package is collected by them.
