Overview
This page lists every button in the Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop integrations, where you find it, and what happens when you click it.
Connecting Your Shop
Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Marketplaces, then click the Shopee Settings, Lazada Settings or Tiktok Shop Settings tab.
| Button | What it does |

| Connect | Opens the marketplace so you can log in and approve access, then brings you back to this page. Shown until the shop is connected. For TikTok Shop, then choose your shop under Select Connected Shop and click Save configuration. |
| Reconnect to Shopee | Renews Shopee’s access. Appears when the Authorization Expiration Date is less than 30 days away, or is unknown. |
| Reconnect to Lazada | Renews Lazada’s access. Appears when the Refresh Token Expiration Date is less than 30 days away. |
| Reconnect to Tiktok | Renews TikTok Shop’s access. Appears when the Refresh Token Expiration Date is less than 14 days away. |
| Logout Shopee / Logout Lazada | Disconnects the shop. Type LOGOUT and click Confirm. Your products stay linked in Shopcada. |
| Logout from Tiktok | Disconnects TikTok Shop as soon as you click it, with no confirmation step. Your products stay linked in Shopcada. |
| Save configuration | Saves the settings on the tab, such as the inventory location, order sync, default buffer stock and size chart. |
Default Categories and Brands
These buttons are on the Shopee Settings and Lazada Settings tabs.
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add default categories and brand (Shopee) / Add default categories (Lazada) | Adds a category to your shortlist. On Shopee, you also pick its default brand. Once the shortlist has a category, the category menu on a product’s Marketplace page lists only your shortlisted categories. |
| Delete | Removes that category from the shortlist straight away, with no confirmation step. |
| Register Brand (Shopee) | Opens a form to register your brand with Shopee. Click Submit to send it. The brand table shows whether Shopee approved or rejected it. |
| Complete Register (Shopee) | Shown on a rejected brand. Reopens the form with Shopee’s reason, so you can correct the details and submit again. |
| Resync Lazada Brands | Click Confirm to reload the list of brands from Lazada. |
Syncing a Product
Open the product, choose Marketplace from the three-dot menu, then click the marketplace’s tab. If the tab asks you to configure the integration, connect the shop first.

| Next | Shown before the product’s first sync. Saves the category you chose and opens the product’s marketplace details. |
| Save Only | Saves the marketplace details in Shopcada. Nothing is sent to the marketplace. |
| Save & Sync | Saves the details and sends them to the marketplace. The first time, it creates the listing. After that, it updates the listing. |
Managing a Synced Product
These buttons sit under the product’s status on its marketplace tab, and change with the status.

| Unpublish | Synced & Published, on Shopee and TikTok Shop | Hides the listing on the marketplace. It stays linked to the product. |
| Publish | Synced but Not Published, on Shopee and TikTok Shop | Makes the listing live again. |
| Resync from Shopee / Resync from Lazada / Resync from TikTok | The product is listed on the marketplace | Type Resync and click Confirm. Pulls the product’s details from the marketplace and replaces the marketplace details saved for it in Shopcada. |
| Delete From Shopee / Delete Product from Tiktok | Synced but Not Published. On TikTok Shop, also any status other than Synced & Published or Deleted in Marketplace | Type DELETE and click Confirm. Deletes the listing from the marketplace permanently, with its ratings, reviews and sold count. The product stays in Shopcada. |
| Unsync | Deleted in Marketplace | Type Unsync followed by the product ID, as the pop-up shows, and click Confirm. Removes the link in Shopcada only. The product then starts again from Next, so you can list it as a new product. |
To take a product off Lazada, delete it in Lazada Seller Center. Once its status shows Deleted in Marketplace, click Unsync.
Stock and Price in Bulk
Bulk Actions
In Dashboard > Products > Products, tick the products, then choose an action from the bulk action menu. Shopcada skips products that are not synced to that marketplace.

| Sync Inventory to Shopee / Lazada / Tiktok Shop | Sends the products’ stock to the marketplace in the background. Shopcada sends the stock at the shop’s inventory location minus the buffer stock, capped at Max Sync Quantity on Shopee and TikTok Shop. |
| Set Buffer Stock of Shopee / Lazada / Tiktok Shop | Enter Buffer Stock and click Submit. Replaces the buffer stock on every variant of the products, then syncs their stock. |
Batch Update Tab
In Dashboard > Products > Products, click the Shopee Batch Update, Lazada Batch Update or Tiktok Shop Batch Update tab. Choose an Action, then click Process.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Download CSV | Downloads the products already synced to the marketplace, with their price and buffer stock. Pick categories or collections to download only those. |
| Upload CSV for Batch Update | Updates Price and Buffer Stock from your file, up to 10 MB. The file needs Product ID and SKU columns. Shopcada sends only the rows you changed, and skips any row with a negative value. |
Updating Lazada Order Details
Navigate to Dashboard > Orders, then click the Update Orders from Lazada tab.
Choose the .csv or .xlsx file you downloaded from Lazada and click Save. In the background, Shopcada updates the name, address, phone and email on the matching Lazada orders, and records the change in each order’s log.
Tab and bulk action names follow your shop titles, and not every marketplace or button appears on every store. Please contact support@shopcada.com to confirm which are available for your store.
