- From MANAGE YOUR STORE (DASHBOARD), go to REPORTS then go to CUSTOMERS REPORT > REFER A FRIEND REPORT.
- From here, it show the details of which status of invitation:
- PENDING: The invitation is sent, awaiting the invitee to sign up
- JOINED: The invitee had sign up an account at the website, however, yet to make any purchase
- PURCHASED: The invitee make purchase and order ID is provided. Depending on your setting, both inviter and invitee may receive the rewards.
- You may download this report to CSV.
