Shopcada POS: How to void order

 You are allowed to void order from Shopcada POS for the orders transacted at the terminal for a same session. 

  

Void an order via Shopcada POS

  • Go to Admin Menu > Store Operation > Order History 
  • Tap on order record row 

 

 

  • Tap on [Void Order] button. 
  • Select a Reason Code for this cancellation. 

 You can customise the Reason from the Dashboard POS Setting.

  • Tap [Confirm] to complete order cancellation.

  • Order Status will display at Canceled and this is order are not invertible.

Configure Reasons for Cancel Order

  • Go to Dashboard > POS > Setting
  • Under section Order, you can key in the options.
